Southern Hope Humane Society's Transport Program began in 2000 and has rescued well over two thousand dogs! The dogs are rescued from local Atlanta area animal controls where they are in danger of being killed. The dogs are transported once or twice a month in our climate controlled bus to no-kill animal shelters in the Northeastern United States where they are quickly adopted. Read more about the Southern Hope transport program. Transports are very expensive, so please help us to continue this program by donating to the transport program.
